RETURNS 

We want you to find your perfect piece! If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns in exchange for store credit of non personalized, unused, undamaged merchandise received within 8 days of the purchase date. Special order items are final sale. To confirm if an item is final sale or can be returned please email info.excessgranted@gmail.com. All purchases made using a promo code or are final sale. 

All returns of merchandise purchased on this website require prior authorization. Please email info.excessgranted@gmail.com to obtain a pre-paid Return Shipping label via email. Once you have received, printed and affixed the Return Shipping label, you may send your order, with original online order confirmation slip and internal packaging to:

Excess Granted cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. Items returned without authorization and void of pre-paid Return Shipping label will not be eligible for the exchange of store credit applicable to the amount of original purchase. 

REFUND OF STORE CREDIT 

The refund of store credit will be applied to the account of the individual who placed the original order. This store credit may only be used by, or with the prior authorization of, said individual. Once returned merchandise is received your store credit will be immediately applied to your account. You will then receive an email confirming the application of the store credit to your account. When using store credit, please place your order over via mail at info.excessgranted@gmail.com. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

International orders are an important part of how we serve our customers around the world. To place an order for an international shipment, browse our website and add items to your cart as usual. When you have finished adding items to your cart, go to the Shopping Cart page and select 'checkout', from here select the country associated with your billing address. If your billing address differs from the location you wish to have your item shipped, then remove the 'check mark' under Shipping Options and enter your desired shipment location. Once you have done this select 'continue' and enter your payment information.

For all international orders the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
